What to include
The article URL, the specific claim at issue and, where possible, the document that settles it. That is usually enough to resolve a correction the same day.
How corrections are handled
A confirmed factual error is corrected on the published page with a dated note at the foot of the piece. We do not silently rewrite published articles, and we never change a published slug, so links you have shared keep working. The full standard is set out in the editorial policy.
